Compensation for all positions is based on experience, education, licenses and certifications. We cross-train all crew, and employees’ skills may be required in both urban and suburban markets.

Here is a little information about us and our focus: We are a quickly growing sustainable landscape design and installation/maintenance company with an expanding organic lawn care business. We work with developers, management companies and individual homeowners/residents in New York City and lower Westchester. The focus is use of plants as structural and design elements for sustainability, and we continually improve our operation in response to the need to reduce our carbon footprint, as well as that of our clients.
