Compensation for all positions is based on experience, education, licenses and certifications. We cross-train all crew, and employees’ skills may be required in both urban and suburban markets.
Client Service Rep: serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Crew/Driver: experienced landscaper who assists the crew leader with landscape maintenance and enhancement projects, and can efficiently operate a variety of equipment.
Crew Leader: directs the activities of one or more team members at a job site and has extensive knowledge of horticultural practices.
Yard Manager: keeps the yard organized and maintained, unloads deliveries that arrive and organizes these items in the yard, keeping an accurate record of invoices and physical inventory.
Dispatcher: answers calls and communicates with mobile units to send the appropriate response.
Sales Rep: brings a consistent flow of profitable new business to the division and/or company in accordance with the sales and marketing plan, executes the sales and customer relations policies, and maintains and improves the Company’s competitive position.
Bookkeeper: helps the Office Manager with all aspects of the company front office including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Supply Ordering, and other administrative duties assigned by him/her.
Project Manager: meet with clients to discuss landscaping ideas, creating estimates for labor, establishing budgets, guiding crew members involved in a landscape design project, training them in proper work methods, and overseeing their work to ensure that it’s in line with project goals.
